Congratulations! You’ve got the (mock) job!
The Year 10 students recently took part in a mock interview as part of their Employability Skills lessons. Colleagues from Job Centre Plus came into school and interviewed the students for a job in retail. Students had to answer questions about their skills and think on their feet when a nonsense question was posed to them – is a Jaffa Cake a cake or a biscuit? How would you answer?
Our visitors were very impressed with the students and said they would have got the job!
