This week, as part of the Armistice Centenary, students at BTAH have been learning about Armistice and taking part in various activities. All classes have contributed towards our wonderful display honouring family and friends of staff and students who gave their lives in the Great War of 1914-1918.
Students have also helped to sell Poppies to the school community to raise money for the Royal British Legion. Two of our students won awards for their poetry in the 'Bromley Remembers' art and poetry competition, securing Secondary School Second Place and Overall Competition Winner. Their work is currently on display at the 'Bromley Remembers' exhibit at Bromley Central Library until Friday 16th November.
On Tuesday they were congratulated and awarded certificates at a reception attended by the Bromley Mayor.
