This October BTAH celebrated Black History Month 2019. Students took part in quizzes, competitions and a Black history Food Fest, which gave staff and students the opportunity to enjoy foods from around the world and close to home. Staff, parents and students gave generous contributions.
The theme of BHM 2019 was focused on the many inspiring women since the Windrush, as such, we launched a competition in which each form group had to research one inspirational black female that came to the UK after 1948.
10C were the worthy winners of our competition.
